Limited Liability Company “SP-Co” had been established in 2000. Since 2005 our specialization developed to: - Equipment design and manufacture (both separate elements and packaged plants) for the fuel pellets production, briquettes, granulated feed, wood flour and other products; - Design and manufacture of the storage bins and raw material transfer (biomass) facilities, dryers, power generators, transfer conveyors, bar conveyors, presses, coolers, cyclone collectors and many other; - Turnkey biofuel production projects. As of January, 2018, 73 plants had been operating in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Lithuania and Hungary furnished by us (in detail). While this, the factory in Pskov operates since April, 2004. We take one of the leading positions on the territory of Russia and CIS countries and one of the top positions in Europe in terms of created fuel pellets productions. Key success factor – the existence of our own production of fuel pellets and testing site in Pskov. The quality of pellets manufactured by Pskov’s plant exceeds the demands of the most rigid European standards. In 2006 we supplied pellets to Switzerland, Poland, Italy and Czech Republic. In 2007 the manufactured by us pellets were awarded by the diploma “100 superior commodities of Russia” at the regional and federal levels (in detail). In Pskov starts the process of boilers conversion to be heated by our pellets. As a result, in the sphere of the biomass pelletizing (including wood waste) we became one of the most experienced companies on the territory of Russia and CIS countries. For the quality design of the biofuel production we had created the design-engineering department equipped by the state of the art technology. All the plants designed in three dimensional models minimizing the possibility of the equipment elements mismatch between each other. As of the beginning of 2010 we were the single holder of quality certificate in Russia for the complex equipment on fuel pellets production and the single manufacturer of the total variety of the pelletizing equipment and production of briquettes designed by unified documentation system and established for one (general) goal. We always experiment as well as with the new types of the raw materials: flax, peat and etc., so with the new types of the equipment. Our own innovations and inventions, developed by us the biomass dryer-chipping unit and power generator, have no parallel in the world. This machinery became the winner of the Competition Program “100 superior commodities of Russia” in 2009 - 2016. We steadily learn: visited and investigated the experience of more than 20 plants in Europe and Russia, subscribed all the popular publications in Russia on wood processing and alternative power. We visit the significant exhibitions, conferences and fairs, keep the technical library. We have many calls on consulting and technical expertise of the production processes wherefrom followed we are the acknowledged authority in this sphere. Thus, at present in the sphere of the biofuel produce process formation on the territory of Russia and CIS countries LLC “SP-Co” possesses as the indisputable leader.
