Successful experiment on drying-crushing and the subsequent granulation of the used mushroom blocks (a mushroom substratum) is made. Mushroom blocks for tests have been delivered from Rostov-na-Donu region. The unit of drying-crushing АS-4-1500 and press PGB-1 of manufacture of our enterprise have easily coped with a task in view at very low power consumption. Granules (pellets) have turned out excellent quality, strong, with a smooth brilliant surface.
Thus, now manufacturers of mushrooms can not only utilize safely the used mushroom blocks, but also to derive thus considerable additional profit.
